## 2. Initiate instance creation

1. **Click on create instance**: On the Instances page, click the **+ Create Instance** button to open the creation modal.

1. **Provide a name and description**: Enter a unique name and an optional project description for your instance.
2. **Select SAP version and backup**: Choose the desired SAP version and, if applicable, a backup to restore from.
3. **Create the instance**: After configuring the details, click **Create instance** to initiate the setup.
