
To set up a GitHub Runner with Nuve Platform, we require a short meeting with our customer to ensure a smooth integration process. This support center page outlines the necessary steps for setting up the GitHub Runner.

## 1️. Schedule a meeting

[Reach out to our support team](/resources/support/how-do-i-contact-nuve-support) to schedule a brief meeting. During the meeting, we'll discuss the GitHub Runner integration process and answer any questions you may have.

## 2️. Prepare your environment

Before the meeting, make sure you have access to your GitHub account and the necessary permissions to configure GitHub Runners. You can verify if you have the necessary permissions by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the GitHub repository you want to configure the runner for.
2. Click on the **Settings** tab located at the top of the page.
3. In the left sidebar menu, select **Actions**.
4. On the Actions page, click the **Runners** tab.
5. If you have the required permissions, you'll see the option to add a **New self-hosted runner** at the top of the page.

If you're unsure about your permissions, consult your organization's GitHub administrator.

## 3. Meeting with Nuve support

During the meeting, our support team will guide you through the GitHub Runner setup process. We'll help you configure the GitHub Runner settings, ensuring seamless integration with your Nuve Platform environment.

Please navigate to the self-hosted runner as described in Step 2️⃣, and then provide the Configure command to the Nuve support team.
