
## How to cancel a developer plan

1. **Access the billing page**
   - Log in to your Nuve Platform account
   - Click on the **Billing** tab in the navigation menu

2. **Cancel via billing portal**
   - Click the "Nuve billing portal" button
   - You'll need to log in again for security
   - Select the cancellation option in the portal

## How to cancel a professional plan

1. **Open user menu**
   - Click your profile icon in the top navigation bar

2. **Submit cancellation request**
   - Select **Support** from the dropdown menu
   - Use the **Contact us** option to submit your cancellation request
